地理科学系副主任，入选云南省高层次人才引进计划“青年人才”专项，云南大学东陆中青年骨干教师培养计划。主要从事特殊地质环境微生物生物地理相关的教学科研工作，重点关注热泉、岩溶等极端环境微生物多样性及其参与的生物地球化学循环过程。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，中国博士后科学基金项目1项，云南省基础研究计划面上项目等省级项目2项；发表学术论文十余篇；相关科研成果参与并获得2017年度云南省自然科学二等奖(排名第五)。
