主要从事中国低纬高原气候时空变异及其机理开展研究工作，在低纬高原气候的时空分异特征及其年际变异机理方面取得了较为系统且具有创新性的研究成果。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，其中国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金1项，国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年项目1项；主持完成教育部博士点基金1项；主持云南省基金重点项目和面上项目各1项。发表学术论文30余篇，其中包含在Journal of Climate、Journal of Geophysical Research和Climate Dynamics等国际主流期刊发表的SCI论文20余篇，在科学出版社发表专著1部（排名第3），形成发明专利1项（排名第3）。先后获得“学笃风正奖”（2009年）、“谢义炳青年科技奖”（2009年）、云南省自然科学一等奖（排名第3，2019年）及二等奖（排名第4，2014年）各1项，入选云南省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才（2019年）。研究成果也在国家气候中心及部分省级气候中心开展的夏季雨带推进判识、干旱监测及高原特色农业气象服务等具体业务工作中得到应用，取得显著的应用效果，为区域气候预测及防灾减灾服务提供了科学支撑。 教育经历： 2008-09至2011-06，云南大学，气象学，博士，导师：曹杰 教授 2005-09至2008-06，云南大学，气象学，硕士，导师：曹杰 教授 2000-09至2004-06，南京信息工程大学，资源环境与城乡规划管理 主持项目： 1.国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目，42022035，中国低纬高原气候异常机理，2021/01-2023/12（2019年8月获得）,120万元，在研，项目负责人
